12/10/13 - Lift (Shoulder & Arms), Elliptical, Abs
Today we had my welcome lunch at Bravehorse Tavern so I indulged in their super delicious pretzels.  So of course I had to hit the gym hard tonight.
Lift - Shoulders & Arms
Super Set 1
Internal Rotation Bottom to Top (12: 7lbs, 10: 10lbs, 8: 13lbs)
External Rotation Top to Bottom (12: 7lbs, 10: 10lbs, 8: 13lbs)
Super Set 2
External Rotation Bottom to Top (12: 7lbs, 10: 7lbs, 8: 13lbs)
Internal Rotation Top to Bottom (12: 7lbs, 10: 10lbs, 8: 13lbs)
Super Set 3
Bicep Curls (12: 10lbs, 10: 15lbs, 8: 17.5lbs)
Tricep Overhead Press (12: 15lbs, 10: 17.5lbs, 8: 20lbs)

Elliptical - 40 minutes
After lifting, I jumped on the elliptical to get some cardio in.  Just a quick 40 minutes to get a goo sweat.
